Hi! Thank you so much for following my blog ^^
Nice to meet you! ^^
Thanks for spending some time on my blog. your writing genre’s are similar to mine, but I have to admit I didn’t enjoy any of your photos. Do you have any that are not photo-shopped? or without sexual content.?
Those last pictures with the sexual themes were not mine, i reblogged someone else’s blog, because I thought I was funny how from a distance the pictures looked sexual, but up close you realized they weren’t what you thought they were. I usually try to keep my pictures political but every now and then it’s good not to take myself your serious haha! But I am glade at least could at least enjoy each other’s writing style, I look forward seeing your future post and hopefully I will post a pic you do like

Hi Leon. I’m pleased to see you are following Jamoroki. I’d love to know what attracted you? James
Your pictures, they look amazing!
Hello Leon! The purpose and outset of your blog is very resonant. Is it wrong to say it is perhaps your social worker mother’s legacy? An artist , I believe, is recognized by his efforts to ameliorate society. And there you are highly pitched! And, I Love My Culture is a highly respectable slogan. The picture of the child and mother on your blog is very endearing. Believe me, you strike gold through these pages!
thank you very much, your inspiring words touched me deeply!
Hello, Leon. Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving a like. I’ve been looking around a bit. Your voice is strong and your art work resonates with passion and purpose. I’m happy to meet you!

A published poet could be of help to me as I intend publishing too. I have published two in Kindle “There AM I” and “Odes IN Eight”. They are maiden attempts. I really want to go into print.
As such, I am in two minds, should I or should I not.
Anyhow, thanks for the follow.
All the best.
I think you should do whatever makes you help, in fact you could do both. I know Amazon.com has of course Kindle for independent publishers and writers, but it also has a service called CreateSpace.com, which helps you print on demand and post on their website. You should check it out.
hey Leon. it looks like you’ve got some interesting things happening. i’m looking forward to checking out your work. hope all is well in detroit. JT
Thank you for following my blog. Look forward to sharing more with you. xoxo Anais

Hi Leon: I have included you in a poetry challenge. If you are not into this sort of thing, please feel free not to participate. It is supposed to be fun. The challenge is to post a poem about what LOVE ISβ¦. to you. The criteria are: the poem is 10 lines long, each line begins with the word love and is only 4 words long. When you have completed the poem post it and list 15 other bloggers you think would enjoy the challenge. You can read more about this challenge at https://lightwalker1.wordpress.com/. In love and light Cheryle
Thanks for stopping by, I’m much obliged π
hi there – thanks for liking my blog post from a few days ago, about proposing to my partner as a sixtieth birthday present. It’s a funny thing for me, to post that kind of personal stuff online, and I appreciate the encouragement. I like your website but don’t have a lot of extra energy for reading other people’s stuff once I’ve posted my own……. But your poem Ferguson Is Palestine is brilliant. Thanks for writing it.

Leon, Thank you so much for following my blog. So glad you liked it. I’m just getting started in this blogging world. It is a new and fascinating place! I really liked your Get To Know Me page. I really appreciated it. I read some of your poetry – it is powerfully written and some of it is beautiful. It is also thought provoking. I agree with the earlier comment that it is even more powerful when spoken. As I read, I wonder what led you to your positions of activism? That may seem an ignorant question, but I have black friends who are not activists. Hope you don’t mind me asking. Thank you again.
I recently started to get involved in activism on a local level, but getting involved in local events or charitable causes when I can. I’ve done a couple so far this year and plan to do more. I also started to speak out politically in my writings, I hope in the future to start my own NGO, with all this social media, crowd funding, you can make a local cause go international. So I have faith that on some level I like so many aspiring activists can affect some level of change. But as far as far as your black friends and not getting involved in activism, in my opinion I feel that a lot of black Americans are either scared to challenge the power structure or feel they will not be able to affect change so they have thrown in the towel and accepted second class citizenship. P.s good luck on your blog!
Thank you so much for responding to my question. My lack of responding up until now was not meant to be rude but just still learning how to navigate my site. I just now figured out that notifications include responses! I’m so sorry. I really appreciate your candor! We may not always agree but I am challenged to think and that is good. I look forward to communicating in the future.
Thank you for following The Brass Rag. Come back and see us again soon. I look forward to hearing from you.
