WHY WE NEED A BLACK HATE CRIME BILL: WHITE SUPREMACIST RYAN CHRISTOPHER PALMETER TARGETS AND ASSASSINATES THREE BLACK PEOPLE

The white supremacist domestic terrorist who targeted and assassinated three black people at the Dollar General store in Jacksonville, Florida,  this past Saturday was a 21-year-old man named, Ryan Christopher Palmeter.

Palmeter,  who was wearing a tactical vest, was armed with an AR-15 rifle and a handgun. According to Reuters: the suspect was caught on video shooting Angela Michelle Carr, a 52-year-old woman, in her car outside the Dollar General (DG.N) , a U.S. discount chain.

He then entered the store where he shot and killed 19-year-old Anolt Joseph “AJ” Laguerre Jr and Jerrald De’Shaun Gallion, 29. He would later use his handgun to kill himself.

According to Sheriff T.K. Waters ,
says that the shooter left several manifestos behind for the media,  where he detailed his hatred for black people. Palmeter,  who lived with his parents in a suburb of Jacksonville, Florida,  also left behind a will and a suicide note.

In a statement,  the FBI said they will be investigating the targeted killings as a hate crime:

“The FBI Jacksonville Field Office is coordinating with the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida on the tragic shooting in Jacksonville, Florida. The FBI has opened a federal civil rights investigation and we will pursue this incident as a hate crime. The FBI will bring every resource to bear in this investigation. As this is an ongoing matter, we are not able to provide additional information at this time”.

San Francisco Employee Calls out Department’s Racism

A San Francisco city employee, who was teaching anti-bias classes for two-years, recently came forward with frustration with the rampant anti-black racism that is widespread in the department.The now ex-Department of Human Resources manager said to his superiors in a farewell email:

The degree of anti-black sentiment throughout SFPD is extreme.

Dante King wrote in the email to DHR Director Micki Callahan, (San Francisco) Examiner obtained the email through a public records request past week.

King later said:

While there are some SFPD who possess somewhat of a balanced view of racism and anti-blackness, there are an equal number (if not more)-who possess and exude deeply anti-black sentiment.

The U.S. Department of Justice reviewed the SFPD in October of 2016, and discovered the department had:

numerous indicators of implicit and institutionalized bias against minority groups.

As of this writing the SFPD has only completed 16% of the 272 recommendations for reform that were issued by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Joshua Brown , the next door neighbor of botham Jean , who was a witness for the DA in their case against the racist and murderous cop Amber Guyger has been murdered.

WHITE MAN THREATENS TO “PUT A BULLET” IN A BLACK GRANDMA AND HER GRANDSON

Joseph Magistro, on September 23, 2019 was arrested and charged with a hate crime, criminal mischief and menacing with a weapon.

Reportedly, Magistro a 33-year-old White man racially-terrorized a 67-year-old Black grandma and her 17-year-old grandson. Magistro, allegedly threw weights in the senior-citizen’s windows and caused $2,000 worth of damage to her home, Magistro, who was armed with a shotgun stated he would “put a bullet” in them.

“You n—ers don’t belong in this neighborhood,” Magistro said according to the Nassau District Attorney’s Office. “This is a white neighborhood. I’ll put a f–king bullet in you right now.”

According to the Atlanta BlackStar:

Debbie Loughman, a neighbor who lives across the street from the alleged victims, told News 12 the teenager posted about the incident on Facebook.

“I guess they’d just moved in here a couple weeks ago, he said, and they’ve already was fighting with the neighbor who I believe maybe was accusing him of stealing a package and was being attacked by him,” Loughman said.

Magistro’s bond is 30k ,and as of this writing, he is still in jail and his bond has not been paid.
