1. And this is why I am a minimalist, and why I follow what I call a “real food diet” where if someone from 1000 years ago wouldn’t recognize the food on my plate as actual food, it can’t be real food, so it shouldn’t be on my plate (unless I knowingly put it there).
    The food industry (not just fast food, loads of regular food isn’t real food either) makes you ill and fat, then the diet and pharma industries step in and try to “fix” it, on a permanent cycle, until you die in a house full of crap that you don’t need.
