65 PEOPLE IN NIGERIA WERE KILLED IN SUSPECTED TERRORIST ATTACK BY BOKO HARAM

This past weekend in the northern Nigeria, 65 people were killed in a terrorist attack that occurred during a funeral.
That happened this past Saturday at a burial ceremony in the Nganzai district, which is near the Borno state capitol of Maiduguri.
Reportedly, 21 people were killed in the initial attack, and 44 were killed when local villagers attempted to capture the terrorist.

THE SUPREME COURT JUST SAID TRUMP CAN “BUILD THAT WALL”

On Friday, the Supreme Court of the United States gave President Donald Trump a major win. In a 5-4 decision the Supreme Court voted to allow the President to divert $2.5 billion in military funds to help build an extra 100 miles of border wall across the California and Mexico border.
The 5-4 vote by the justices reversed the orders by a federal judge in Oakland, California and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals across the bay in San Francisco that prevented the Trump administration from using the Pentagon’s funds to help Trump build his border wall.

ALL CHARGES DROPPED FOR THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR FLINT WATER CRISIS…

All charges were dropped for those responsible for the Flint water crisis, which killed about a dozen people and infected many more with harmful bacteria like legionella, which can be extremely dangerous for people with a weakened immune system.
In January 2016, the then Michigan governor, Rick Snyder and the then Michigan Health director, Nick Lyon announced an outbreak of legionaries disease that occurred between 2014-2015, when the majority Black and impoverished city of Flint, Michigan, under Michigan state- control started getting polluted and lead tainted water from the Flint River.
According to CBSNEWS:
“( prosecutors) pledge to start the investigation from scratch.”
The new investigation will be headed by Michigan Solicitor General Fadwa Hammoud, who started working on the case in January.
He believed “all available evidence was not pursued ” by the previous team of prosecutors. -Cbsnews later reported.

White supremacist Sheriff Jack Strain, who harrassed and arrested innocent Black people for Black hairstyles, was arrested for sex crimes.
MAN WRONGLY CONVICTED WHEN $13 MILLION DOLLAR SETTLEMENT

An African-American man, who went to prison for six years was awarded $13 million dollars in a settlement , which was agreed upon by the San Francisco board of supervisors .
According to NPR, Jamal Trulove, who is also an actor, was reportedly set up and served prison time for a 2007 murder he did not commit. His 2015 retrial proved his innocence, and he was acquitted for the crime.
In 2007, Trulove sued the SFPD, after he was arrested and sent to prison for the murder of his friend Seu Kuka.
A jury would later determine that San Francisco police officers Maureen D’Amico and Michael Johnson lied and falsified evidence in the case, and even coerced a witness to lie and claim that Trulove was the shooter.
If the case was not overturned, Trulove could of spent the rest of his life behind bar.

A TRANSGENDER IMMIGRANT DETAINEE DIES IN ICE CUSTODY

The Family and lawyers of Roxsana Hernandez Rodriguez, are looking for answers in how she died.
According to her family and their representatives, Rodriguez, was an HIV positive transgender woman from Honduras, who was seeking Asylum in the United States.
On May 13, she was taken into ICE custody, at the Ysidro Port of entry near the border of San Diego, California. On May 16, She would be transferred to a for-profit ICE detention center, the Cibola County Correctional Center in New Mexico, and placed in a unit for transgender detainees.
Nine days later, she would die at the Lovelace medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was originally determined that she died of cardiac arrest. Later, a private autopsy, which was paid for by the Transgender Law Center, which is presenting Rodriguez’s family, later revealed that they believed she died of dehydration, in combination with her HIV infection, the autopsy, would also show signs of possible abuse, she reportedly had shackle marks on her wrist and bruising on her stomach and back, which could suggest that she was beaten.
According to CNN, “TLC sent a written notice of a personal injury and wrongful death claim to the state of New Mexico on November 19, the first step in filing a lawsuit.”

FBI ADMITS WHITE SUPREMACIST GROUPS HAVE INFILTRATED LAW ENFORCEMENT

The FBI acknowledges that white supremacist and white-hate groups have infiltrated law enforcement in the United States, according to a classified 2015 counterterrorism policy guide that was obtained by the Intercept.
Daryl Johnson, a former Department of Homeland Security, researcher states: ” Federal law enforcement agencies in general-the FBI, the Marshals, the ATF are aware that extremists have infiltrated state and local law enforcement agencies”.
